Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry.
Proficiency in accounting software, including Tally, SAP, and other packages.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
