Accounts Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all data related to accounts payable and receivable
2. Handle transaction records, including purchase, sales, delivery challans, e-way bill creation, journal entries, and expense bookings in the system
3. Oversee data sheets for expenses, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
4. Manage purchase order details and delivery challans
5. Maintain hardcopy records of all data
6. Perform day-to-day bank reconciliation
7. Execute import of bills procedures and remittance processes
8. Provide necessary data and financial statements to senior management or top management
9. Prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-2 data for filing
10. Supply all required documents from GST and other portals
11. Maintain TDS working sheets
12. Prepare stock statements and handle other financial accounting activities, including managing the income tax portal, GST portal, and challan payments

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounts or any related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to industry dynamics
4. Basic understanding of Accounting principles
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
