Accounts Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
2. Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data and trends to provide insights into the company's financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making
3. Support to Company CA: Prepare/collect all the data for GST, TDS and Tax return filings in compliance with local, state, and centre regulations
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
5. Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for and coordination of external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors as required
6. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, including processing invoices and resolving any billing discrepancies
7. Process Improvement: Continuously review accounting processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness
