Accounts Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
3. Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against set targets.
4. Process and record financial transactions promptly, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data.
5. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
6. Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
7. Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
8. Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to strengthen financial controls.
9. Maintain and update financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
