1. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
4. Manage payroll, tax filings, and audits.
5. Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
7. Support the finance department in preparing for audits and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
8. Train and supervise junior accounting staff.
