Designation: Account Officer
Location: Ranjangaon, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

1. Capex and vendor bill verification and processing Check Invoices of Projects/Capex/RM/PM/Engg/Service for Payment purpose
2. Asset Capitalisation Work for Fixed Asset Capitalisation, CWIP analyses, Match Asset, Depreciation, and CWIP balance with TB, Asset tagging, Certificate and Photo upload into the system.
3. GL and MIS Maintaining Accounts in Tally software, drawing up quarterly and Annual Accounts of the Investment cos. Preparation of Monthly Schedule - BIL. Review of the BS schedules with aging and resolution of open items more than 180 days as & when required
4. Sales Overhead accounting BIL Sales Overheads working and monthly provision. IDT/IFT Cancellation. Canteen Subsidy Tracker.
5. Taxation Attending to the Income Tax Assessment matters, Tax Audit Matters, Statutory Audit with respect to the Investment cos.
6. Direct & In Direct Overheads Prepare Monthly Overhead Budget Vs Actual Analysis
7. Fiscal Benefits Prepare data for Fiscal benefit /IPS application data as & when required
8. Audit Active member of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Department Audit, and Process Audit - Liasioning with other functions/team members towards closure of audit for Britchip & BIL
