Job Title: AR Caller (Fresher)

Salary:
CTC: 16,000
Allowances: 2,000

Shift Timing:
US Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM / 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Qualifications:
Any UG Degree (Graduated in 2022, 2023, or 2024)
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle calls effectively
Proficient in using healthcare billing systems and MS Office
Ability to work in night shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the position of AR Caller. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn and contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accounts receivable records.
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment inquiries.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure timely payments.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
Prepare and send invoices and statements to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and collections.
Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
