Accounts Receivable Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and process sales orders and PO estimates in the system.
2. Ensure accurate entry of sales data and documentation.
3. Oversee receivable reconciliation and aging processes.
4. Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies
5. Ensure all sales transactions are compliant with GST regulations.
6. Manage TDS deductions and documentation as per applicable laws.
7. Generate and verify e-way bills for transportation of goods.
8. Ensure compliance with e-invoice requirements and manage related documentation.

Qualifications:

1. B.Com, M.Com, CA inter, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years experience in sales or a related role.
3. Understanding of GST, TDS, e-way bills, and e-invoices.
4. Proficiency in sales booking systems and receivable management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred skills:

1. Experience with accounting software and TallyPrime.
2. Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and regulations.
