3. Good knowledge of accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks
4. Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5. Fluent in English and Hindi and excellent communication skills
6. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
7. Experience working with government contracts and/or defense industry clients is a plus
8. Experience working with a startup is a plus
