Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Expert to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. This role will be based out of our headquarters in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our company.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the team.
Manage communication through emails and phone calls.
Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.
Assist with various HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as an administrative professional or in a relevant role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
