Administration Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Organizing daily schedules, appointments & meetings
2. Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the tasks assigned and with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks
3. Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
4. Filing and retrieving records, documents, and reports
5. Handling other responsibilities, as may be allocated from time to time
6. Maintaining the documents, updating paperwork, prints, and records

Requirements:

1. Good follow-up and coordination skills
2. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
3. Should be a graduate with a good command of English (written and oral)
4. Knowledge of MS Office especially word & excel and well versed with Google sheets and docs
