5. Assist customers (merchants or end-users) with transaction-related issues such as payment failures, refunds, or disputes by reviewing transaction logs and coordinating with customer support or external payment processors
6. Escalate unresolved or complex transaction issues to relevant departments (e.g., IT, fraud prevention, or customer service) for further investigation and resolution
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, IT, customer service, compliance, and fraud prevention, to ensure seamless transaction processing and issue resolution
8. Coordinate with merchants to ensure proper transaction processes are followed and provide support for troubleshooting any issues they encounter
