1. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an executive assistant or office assistant.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
