We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Associate to join our team at Elv Life Sciences. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain company records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff members.
3. Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents using MS-Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
4. Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
5. Assist with inventory management, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
6. Collaborate with other team members to support various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
7. Maintain a clean and organized office environment to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
