About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on client file management:
i. Maintain and update online client files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Work on CRM system usage:
i. Learn and utilize our CRM system for tracking and managing mortgage and insurance tasks and client interactions.
3. Handle client communication:
i. Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding mortgage and insurance matters, providing updates and answering queries.
ii. Send annual renewal letters for both mortgage and insurance policies.
4. Work on liaising with insurance companies:
i. Communicate with insurance companies regarding ongoing applications and provide updates to clients.
5. Handle document preparation:
i. Prepare insurance and mortgage files for advisor review, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
