Key responsibilities:

1. Manage purchase, logistics, and compliance functions
2. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
3. Ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements
4. Manage timely ordering and delivery of packing materials
5. Supervise tracking of daily dispatches by hired staff
6. Identify cost-saving opportunities in packing materials and transport
7. Schedule delivery appointments as needed (apart from Amazon/Solimo)
8. Monitor accounts work done by the accounts team
9. Maintain stock levels
10. Process bills accurately and efficiently
