Administration Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline organizational processes
2. Collaborate with teams to integrate and optimize software tools
3. Utilize knowledge of using Advanced Excel and new tools
4. Create and maintain daily schedules for the founders, ensuring efficient time management
5. Prioritize tasks, manage appointments, and coordinate meetings
6. Provide timely updates and reminders to keep the founders organized
7. Handle general administrative tasks, including email correspondence, phone calls, and document management

Requirements:

1. Immediate joiner
2. Candidates located in Mumbai are preferred
3. Understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook
4. Understanding of content trends
5. Enthusiastic & open to a tech and marketing setup
