About the job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 'Back-end Office Executive' to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and technical skills, including expertise in typing, document editing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This role requires excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to handle various backend office tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform data entry and ensure accurate typing of documents and reports.
2. Create and update documents in Microsoft Word.
3. Prepare and format presentations using PowerPoint.
4. Maintain and update Excel sheets for various business purposes.
5. Edit and proofread documents for clarity, accuracy, and formatting.
6. Handle backend office administrative tasks, including organizing files, managing records, and responding to internal communications.
7. Assist in preparing reports and supporting materials for meetings and presentations.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
9. Manage document storage and retrieval, ensuring easy access and organization.

Skill(s) required

Adobe Photoshop English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office MS-PowerPoint TypeScript
