Administration Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
2. Coordinating office activities, managing diary, and scheduling meetings
3. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
4. Working on emails & correspondence, internally and externally, and replying
5. Managing phone calls and correspondence
6. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and PowerPoint presentations
7. Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure the performance

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Excellent MS Office knowledge
3. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
4. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Work experience as an executive administrative/front desk executive
7. Candidate who is flexible to commute at the locations Gurgaon (Haryana)
8. Open for only female candidates

Note: Monetary compensation up to 20,000 to 25,000 per month (non-negotiable)
