Administration Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend daily calls
2. Manage the calendar
3. Book flights and hotels
4. Convert potential leads into clients
5. Maintain accounts and expenses
6. Create and maintain a client database
7. Liaise with partners
8. Travel regularly with me
9. Set up meetings

Note:

1. I am looking for only female candidates above the age of 28. Also, the candidate should be spiritual, is open to traveling and is happy to work in a dynamic environment
2. I am a Healer with over 18 years of professional experience and my EA will report directly to me and have direct daily interaction with me
3. Also, we work a 6 day week, travel regularly and travel charges are included in her package including travel flight/ cab charges/ stay, etc.
