As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for maintaining office organization, coordinating meetings and appointments, and providing support to our team. Your proficiency in MS Excel will be crucial for managing data and creating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the point of contact between the executives and clients
2. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages
3. Handle requests and queries appropriately
4. Maintain staff register, take the appointments, block the calendars, and provide reminders for appointments scheduled
5. Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
6. Updating the portal regarding the appointments
7. Generating invoices, updating the packages, and handing over the cash
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
2. Proven experience in administrative roles, with a track record of successful office management
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
6. Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
