About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met efficiently
2. Meeting Arrangement: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including setting up venues, managing logistics, and preparing necessary materials
3. MIS Work: Prepare and manage reports, databases, and other information systems to support office functions
4. Administrative Work: Perform general administrative duties such as handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supporting day-to-day operations

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) Event Management MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Education: Graduation (regular only) from any recognized university

2. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in office coordination or a related role

3. Proficiency in arranging meetings and managing schedules

4. Solid administrative skills with attention to detail
