Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
2. Maintain and update records, databases, and files.
3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
4. Assist & greet visitors and guest.
5. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
6. Ensure the office is organized and tidy at all times.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English proficiency, strong organizational skills.
