Administration Executive Job

The 'Admin & Accounts Executive' will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling accounts, as well as maintaining reports. An accounting background is a plus for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile financial statements
2. Manage accounts with proper analysis (including budget preparation)
3. Perform any tasks assigned by the reporting head
4. Assist students in understanding admission requirements and processes
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel), system handling, and typing skills (all mandatory)
6. Cash handling
7. Strong typing skills
8. Own a two-wheeler (preferred)

Skills:

1. Previous experience in cash handling
2. Proven work experience as an 'Accounts Administrator' or in a similar role
3. Advanced knowledge of Excel (financial formulas, spreadsheet creation)
4. Solid data entry skills with attention to numerical accuracy
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
