Key responsibilities:

1. Greet parents and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
2. Answer inquiries and provide information about our preschool programs.
3. Manage phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
4. Maintain a tidy and organized front office area.
5. Assist with enrollment and registration processes.
6. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
7. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
8. Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and parents.
