As an 'Admin Executive', you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will handle confidential and sensitive information and act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as copying, filing, and scanning documents
2. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
3. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents
4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
5. Maintain office supplies and equipment by monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed
6. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
7. Schedule and coordinate office events, including meetings, training sessions, and conferences
8. Perform general office duties, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and organizing office space
