This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the founder's office
The Executive Assistant is a MANAGEMENT position in our group. You will be responsible for Partnerships and Business Development, Brand Marketing, Social Media Management, Hiring, and Training.
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in handling expense reports
- Executive Support and Communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Key responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the founder's office
2. Assist them on the day-to-day schedule
3. Manage the team by conveying the right information
4. Travelling is required, mostly to UAE
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Good in Communication
2. Computer science background will be additional benefit
3. Willing to travel
4. Willing to learn and explore new challenges
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
