Administration Executive Job

Role :

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Manager at Hackberry. The administrative manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing teachers schedules, talking to parents, handling communications, and being a key role at Hackberry. The role will also involve assisting with sales tasks and supporting the team with administrative needs.

Key responsibilities:

1. Schedule meetings, maintain records, and handle general administrative duties.
2. Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
3. Convert leads into customers by providing product/service information and addressing queries.
4. Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system with lead status and follow-ups.
5. Talk to parents of students and coordinate with them for classes.
6. Manage teachers and assign classes to them .
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
8. Ensure all documentation and data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time.
