1. Manage and coordinate administrative functions to support the daily operations of the company.
2. Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports using MS-Excel to track important data and information.
3. Prepare presentations and documents using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word for internal and external meetings.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and clients with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
5. Assist with scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.
6. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure easy access to important documents.
7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Excel operations, Dashboards, Drafting documents, PPT preparation.

Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.

Schedule meetings, appointments and manage Calendar, Minutes & travel

Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place (within Mumbai) & make all necessary meeting preparations

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
