Administration Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2. Keeping stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
3. Creating and maintaining regular reports related to office expenses and budgets
4. Organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents
5. Answering queries by employees and clients
6. Distributing and store correspondence letters, emails and packages
7. Supporting in arranging travel and accommodations for employees by coordinating with the Administration team
8. Executing employee engagement activities in house and external events
9. Overseeing overall office administration
