About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day secretarial activities
2. Maintain the Director's calendar
3. Attend phone calls related to the Director when he is busy
4. Carry out responsibilities assigned by the CEO
5. Liaise with various internal teams
6. Liaise with and follow up with clients
7. Ensure reminders and follow-ups are made wherever necessary
8. Manage the database
9. Make travel arrangements
10. Manage office documentation, including photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing
11. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
