Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

4. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
6. Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
7. Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
8. Ensure documents are filed accurately and are easily accessible.
9. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
10. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with inquiries.
11. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
12. Manage and respond to general office emails.
13. Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
14. Arrange logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.
15. Ensure events run smoothly and handle any issues that arise.
16. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
17. Manage petty cash and track office expenses.
18. Coordinate with the finance department for budget tracking and financial reporting.
19. Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
20. Conduct research and gather information as required for projects.
21. Provide support in project documentation and reporting.
22. Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
23. Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
24. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
