1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Previous HR experience is highly preferred.
2. Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
3. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or related field.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
7. Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and solve problems.
8. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures preferred.
