2. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
7. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
8. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
10. High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
11. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
12. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
