Key responsibilities:
1. Managing and organizing office operations and procedures.
2. Handling correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
3. Maintaining and updating company records and databases.
4. Coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
5. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using MS-Office suite.
6. Assisting in HR and recruitment processes.
7. Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
The ideal candidate must have excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written) and be proficient in MS-Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
