Administration Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest/customer expectations and experience and streamlining the operations for closure of leakages such as electricity wastage and bill collection
2. Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology
3. Determining the quantity and quality of supplies delivered to the premises for daily operations
4. Developing and managing the facilities' Food Safety Manual to ensure effective implementation
5. Assisting in pricing products or services, collect payments, and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses
6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
7. Evaluating hotel/organization performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules
8. Managing and developing direct report staff and ensuring that all staff in the department are effectively inducted, trained, developed, and deployed to meet the service promise in a cost-effective manner
9. Managing the staff according to shifts and availability
