3. Create reports, letters, emails, and other official documents as required.
4. Proofread and review content for accuracy and consistency.
C. Business Development (Along with Team):
1. Visit educational institutions to conduct awareness activities and develop strong partnerships.
2. Organize and conduct training programs on holistic study skills and counseling for students (both online and offline).
3. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to expand the organization's educational impact.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to build lasting professional relationships.
D. Learning & Development:
1. Deliver interactive training sessions and presentations that equip students with essential soft skills for personal and professional growth.
2. Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources, ensuring the curriculum is current and effective.
3. Organize and lead interactive activities like role-plays, group discussions, and team-building exercises.
4. Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their development.
5. Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure consistency and high-quality delivery across all training sessions.
