1. Oversee overall responsibility for the P&L of the branch
2. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs of the Mumbai Branch
3. Increase sales from existing and new customers across all product groups and brands
4. Build strong relationships with key customer accounts and internal stakeholders
5. Drive, handhold, and review the field/tele sales team for sales effectiveness
6. Plan and implement sales visits and marketing/customer events
7. Manage branch administration and ensure regulatory compliance
8. Oversee branch stock management, timely shipment, invoicing, and payment collections
9. Manage productivity and maintain overall morale of branch team members
