Administration Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage team and able to get work done from the team `members within the timeline given.
2. Avoid complaining about a small task and problems which are coming.
3. Take full responsibility of given district and manage proper communication between government departments and organization.
4. Provide the required reports and work plans on time to the project related departments and officer, he or she is dealing with.
5. Write letters in Hindi and English language both on computer and paper.
6. Manage all work from mobile and PC and should be able to manage Google Drive and Google sheets.
7. Organize online meeting of all team members at regular interval of time and should also inform the seniors for the same.
8. Prepare work plans and monthly progress report on Excel sheets with photo attached to it.
9. Visit on field for organizing meetings and also to make sure that the team members are working on the given work plan which is provided by them.
10. Talk and solve the problems of the villagers by your own capabilities and also inform about this problem to the respective officers responsible for it.
