Oytra is India's leading brand in stationery & art supplies. Looking for an assistant to the CEO of the company where you will learn closely how a company works. As an assistant to the CEO at Oytra, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

1. Addressing daily firefighting issues.
2. Creating and maintaining reports of daily work for all team members.
3. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets using advanced Excel.
4. Generating sales, finance, and shipping reports.
5. Providing administrative support to team members.
6. Collaborating with other departments to streamline administrative processes.
7. Helping out team members with support functions.
8. Managing tasks delegated by the CEO.

Skill(s) required

Advanced Excel English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office MS-Word
Earn certifications in these skills
