3. Maintain accurate records and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word
4. Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and team members
5. Monitor office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed
6. Assist with HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation
7. Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
