Administration & Operations Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain organization of office operations, procedures, and compliances
2. Develop, monitor, and coordinate the annual administrative budget & expenses
3. Handle monthly invoices, expenses, billing cycles, etc. and monitor and report on finance
4. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the execution of operational activities
5. Oversee materials and inventory management
6. Monitor work assignments & coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
7. Supervise the staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
8. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, etc. for the upper management
9. Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.)
10. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
11. Work on creating and updating records & databases with personnel, financial, and other data
12. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
13. Work on submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned
14. Assist colleagues whenever necessary
15. Work on shortlisting candidates, taking interviews, etc. for various posts
