Key responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from clients
2. Respond promptly to client inquiries via email
3. Coordinate with the core team to schedule client meetings
4. Manage calendars and appointments
5. Generate and track payment links
6. Monitor and reconcile bank account payments
7. Maintain and update daily and monthly trackers
8. Prepare and distribute daily and monthly reports
9. Coordinate journal deliveries to clients
10. Generate month-end reports for payroll and management
