Key responsibilities:

1. Use software for inventory tracking, audits, and supplier coordination.
2. Add product details to inventory system.
3. Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards, train staff, and resolve issues.
4. Plan and optimize delivery routes, manage schedules, and improve performance.
5. Oversee order processing and fulfillment, address customer inquiries, and maintain records.
6. Supervise and support staff, conduct meetings, monitor performance, and provide training.
7. Ensure high customer satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
8. Prepare and submit all required reports.
