About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle all inquiries and provide information about what Cesta does
2. Send workshop messages
3. Take client calls
4. Work on scheduling sessions
5. Work on replying to messages
6. Handle WhatsApp automation messages
7. Work on group Zoom meetings
8. Work on starting the Zoom link with YouTube thumbnail & music
9. Work on archiving all Cesta work including Zoom transcripts
10. Segregate text, meditation, and downloads
11. Organize Dropbox and Google Drive data
12. Assist with registrations
13. Guide students through the Theta website
14. Work on payments/basic accounts
15. Create class groups on WhatsApp
16. Work on sending study material, class links, and certificates
17. Collect feedback & video testimonials
18. Schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & ensuring all platforms are updated
19. Send out emails and find collaboration opportunities

Requirements: Responsible, eager to learn & grow
