1. Create a sales funnel, take follow-ups, and convert leads into sales continuously
2. Counsel students, analyze their requirements by asking questions, and provide solutions tailored to their needs
3. Adhere to quality standards and processes, maintain proper record-keeping in CRM, and ensure daily activity reporting
4. Achieve weekly, monthly targets, along with daily KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)
5. Develop a deep understanding of the product
6. Stay informed about industry trends and competition
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Result-oriented attitude, with a hunger to learn, achieve, and a passion for sales
3. Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in education sales
4. Graduation qualification
5. Good knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel
