Admission Counsellor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Converting leads, lead generation, and regular follow-ups to prospect leads for sales
2. Selling online courses and achieving daily sales targets
3. Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
4. Handling inquiries and getting the enrollments done
5. Achieving monthly sales targets and cold calling
6. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media
7. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
8. Working on details pertaining to lead discussion conversion to be updated in real-time on CRM software
9. Adhering to the inside sales process, tools, and data management
10. Meeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrollments
11. Handling objections and price negotiations in order to generate sales revenue
12. Maintaining effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded

Skills & Requirements:

1. Well-versed with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
