About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Accountable for Admission and Attrition of the branch
2. Handling new admission enquiries
3. Able to Manage day-to-day activities at the branch
4. Acquiring and Maintaining Business Prospects
5. Addressing parents' concerns/queries
Good in Teamwork and know-how to Manage the staff

Skills and Specification

1. Should have at least 2 years of experience working in a counselling.
2. Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement.
3. Proven ability to take key decisions independently and with a team
4. Ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
5. Good mental and physical health
6. A caring attitude with a sense of humor
7. Friendly, flexible approach, open to feedback
8. Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
9. Should have knowledge of working on computers that includes MS Excel, Word, Google Drive, Zoom meetings etc.
10. Good in Teamwork and know-how to Manage the staff.
