Admission Counsellor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote and sell our medical courses
2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails
3. Identify potential new customers and opportunities for business growth
4. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competition
7. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company targets

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
2. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English mandatory
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude
5. Familiarity with CRM software (ZOHO) will be added advantage
6. 0-5 years of EdTech sales experience is preferred
7. Freshers are also welcome
8. Ready to work in high growth start-up environment
9. Above all, a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets
