Key responsibilities:

1. Counseling prospective participants: Provide comprehensive counselling to potential participants, offering insights into our ICF-accredited programs, certification paths, and professional development opportunities.
2. Consultative engagement: Utilize a consultative approach to understand the unique needs and aspirations of each prospective participant, guiding them toward the most suitable coaching programs.
3. Advising and supporting: Offer expert advice and ongoing support throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and informed experience for prospective participants.
4. Guiding decision-making: Assist prospective participants in making informed decisions by suggesting appropriate courses, certifications, and learning paths that align with their career goals.
5. Strategic collaboration and feedback: Collaborate with internal teams to align on recruitment strategies and provide feedback on market trends and participant needs, contributing to continuous improvement in the admissions process.
